KATRIN MAYER is a Viennese slow fashion label with a minimalist and architectural approach on design. The use of soft high end materials and the production of well-made garments – made in Vienna – is crucial to the designers` brand philosophy.
The label stands for elegant and timeless annual collections and special editions mainly kept in black that persist through a combination of geometry and clear lines with a special touch of 1920s glamour and extravagance added to a very wearable everyday look.
The designer wants her customers to feel comfortable, confident and cosy in their clothes and always aims to create longlasting and timeless favourite items which her customers will love forever. The use of high quality fabrics made of natural materials such as wool, silk, cotton or viscose guarantees the wearer highest comfort and the lose cut garments will give you freedom to move.
KATRIN MAYER produces unique pieces or very limited editions, some items can be reproduced and ordered on demand – all of them are made by hand by Viennese tailors to fair wages and with the use of high quality fabrics from Italy, Germany and Austria.
